Website support services: Ask for it,
and it gets done.
A new page, a swapped photo, a form that stopped sending. Website support on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix or Shopify, without chasing a quote each time. Ask in the portal or by email.

Website support packages: Which one
sounds like yours?
Website support services, by the hour or by the month. Three reasons people ask, and the answer is a bit different for each.
There is a list of small changes nobody has time for
Send the list. You get what it needs and how long it will take before any of it starts, and a reply within 12 working hours.
See the plansQuotes for tiny jobs take longer than the jobs
Website support for WordPress by the hour, billed after it is done, so a ten minute job costs ten minutes and not a quote.
See the plansYour team cannot change the site safely themselves
Changes made by somebody who will not break the checkout, with a backup taken first and the page checked afterwards.
See the plansStart a plan
Start it here,
not on a call.
Pick a plan for changes and support, tell me where the site is, and send it over. If I did not build the site, it starts with a take-on check, £200, so I know what I am looking after before I promise to look after it. You'll hear back within 12 working hours.
Manage and Grow are three months minimum. Any plan stops with a month's notice once that is up. Hours are for use that month and do not carry over. On WordPress they go on top of hosting. A shop adds £37.50. Invoiced on the 1st, with everything else that month. No VAT charged.
How a request works
Support that is asked,
agreed, then done.
Send what you want changed in your own words. You get what it needs and how long it will take before any of it starts, so a small job never turns into a surprise invoice.
- A price first for anything over an hour
- A reply within 12 working hours
- Billed after the work, on the 1st
- The time used shown next to the invoice
Changed safely
No support change
goes straight to live.
A change to a live site is a change to something that earns money. A backup is taken before anything is touched, and the pages that matter are checked by hand afterwards.
- A backup taken before anything is touched
- The page checked by hand afterwards
- The site put back if a change breaks it
- Your logins stay yours, not shared

Website support services is for you
if any of these sound familiar.

- A full redesign, which is its own project

By the hour, or by the month?: Pay for what
you actually ask for.
Website support for WordPress starts at £75 an hour with nothing monthly: ask when you need something, and it is billed after it is done. A plan is only worth it once there are enough changes every month to be worth fixing the price.

Website support questions: The questions
everyone asks.
If yours is not here, ask it on a call. Thirty minutes, and it is free.
01 How quickly do you respond?
Within 12 working hours, and usually sooner. Every plan keeps an hour a month free for exactly this, so a reply is not competing with somebody else's build. If something is actually down, it goes to the front of the queue whatever the plan says.
02 What counts as a change under website support services?
Anything to the site that is already there: words, images, a new page from an existing template, a fix. Something new, like a booking system, is priced as its own piece of work.
03 Which platforms?
All of them: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Shopify.
04 I did not build it with you. Is that a problem?
No. It starts with a take-on check, £200, so I know the site before I change it.
05 How quickly are changes made?
You get a reply within 12 working hours saying what it needs and how long it will take, before anything starts.
06 What if a month needs more than the plan covers?
You hear before it goes over, with a price for the extra at £75 an hour. Nothing is added without a yes.
07 What happens to hours I do not use?
They do not carry over. A plan's hours are for that month, and the note with each invoice shows how many were used. If a month needs more, you get a price for the extra first, or you can move up a plan.
08 Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time, up or down. The change starts on the 1st of a month, and the three month minimum you started with still applies: changing plan does not start a new one.
